To get the most out of every cup, bring 8oz of water to boil and steep 5 minutes. For a stronger tea, use 2 tea bags. Drink before bedtime.

How to steep the perfect cup of Desinchá.  

Step 1: Boil at least 8 fl oz of water.  

Step 2: Allow your Desinchá Night 5 minutes to steep

Step 3: Drink  

Iced tea? Just add ice once your tea has cooled.  Or you can also add some fruits!
